• What “Responsible Marketing and Tracking” Means In 2023

    For the record: I’m not “against” the use of Google Analytics.
    🏋️‍♀️ But what I am, is I am “for” enabling digital marketers such as yourself to have the tools and know-how to make responsible decisions about how they’re promoting themselves online.
    🗴 We’re seeing a lot of changes and boundaries being set to the way we’ve been able to market ourselves in the last few years, and I refuse to see this as a bad thing.
    🤪 The online world has BEEN the Wild West, and we’ve all been doing things we haven’t always understood or would have consent to had we fully understood the consequences of our actions.
    🎧 This week on the LET’S GET DATA-DRIVEN podcast, I want to start the new year off by sharing what I believe “RESPONSIBLE MARKETING” means in 2023, and why I believe we can all agree a whole lot more than we disagree as to how we want to treat others and be treated online.
